We’re still not sure after the world press launch, but it’s impossible not to enjoy time in Ducati’s intriguing SuperSport saddle. We splashed our way around Monteblanco circuit (on full wets) before venturing out to the roads around Seville, occupying the SS’s habitual home.
A parts bin special does the SS injustice, although splicing together already proven components from the Monster and Hypermotard is the chosen recipe from Bologna – and it works. The Monster’s chassis base houses the latest 113bhp Testastretta and verifies you don’t necessarily need big ponies to power a do-it-all steed.
