In between delivering engaging content and sleeping, we’ve been busy trying to insure our arses, and the machinery, in order to continue with this content deliverance. It ain’t easy, this insurance malarky, but we’ve stumbled across a company offering trackday cover for the masses.
After dealing with specialist underwriters, we were directed to the fine folk at moris.co.uk who offer a range of motorsport and track-based insurance: everything from bike cover to personal injury policies. As a vital note, we haven’t paid them any money (yet) and they haven’t paid us to recommend them, before any wanky trolls start trolling. Insurance is a massive issue for track-based shenanigans and a constant subject of enquiry, so we’re just pointing you in (hopefully) the right direction.
Trackday insurance is nothing new and there are a few other firm’s offering such services, but the affordability aspect might mean the end of crashing at a trackday, chucking your pride and joy in a nearby roadside ditch and faking the circumstances trackday woes.
